GENERAL
S spletno stranjo www.pancho.si (v nadaljevanju: »spletna stran«) upravlja podjetje FORTUN-5, prodaja, zastopanje in transport d.o.o., Vojkova cesta 58, 1000 Ljubljana, matična številka 9020004000, davčna številka SI 15048969 (v nadaljevanju: »FORTUN-5« ali »mi«).
FORTUN-5 vaše osebne podatke (ime, priimek, elektronski naslov, telefon, primarni naslov in naslov za dostavo, državo prebivališča, čas in datum oddaje naročila ter ostale podatke, ki jih vnesete v spletni trgovini www.pancho.si) uporabi za potrebe izpolnitve naročila in ostalo potrebno komunikacijo s kupcem glede nakupa izdelkov, ki so na voljo na www.pancho.si.
Vaši osebni podatki se lahko uporabijo tudi za namene neposrednega trženja, preko proučevanja nakupnih navad na podlagi podatkov o kupljenih izdelkih pa tudi za potrebe ciljnega trženja.
Your personal information may also be used for the purpose of direct marketing and study of shopping habits based on the information what products have been bought, and by consequence target marketing. We use email newsletters to inform you of new launches and product ranges (both online and at other points of sale), of our marketing activities and other promotions, generally once a week. To this end, we store your name and surname, email address, and IP address, and any other information you present when subscribing to the newsletter. These data are stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter at info@pancho.si.
Vaše osebne podatke varujemo in si prizadevamo preprečevati njihovo zlorabo. Dostop do vaših osebnih podatkov imajo le s strani FORTUN-5 pooblaščene osebe (zaposleni, pogodbeni partnerji), s katerimi ima sklenjene ustrezne pogodbe o varovanju in obdelavi osebnih podatkov. Vaši podatki v nobenem primeru ne bodo predani nepooblaščenim osebam. Za varovanje osebnih podatkov ste odgovorni tudi sami, in sicer tako, da poskrbite za varnost svojega elektronskega naslova, uporabniškega imena in gesla ter ustrezno programsko (protivirusno) zaščito svojega računalnika.
USER REGISTRATION
Any user can register at PANCHO online store although also unregistered users (guests) can view the contents. Upon registration, you choose your username and password and provide information on your name and surname, primary address and delivery address, country of residence, and other details. Information submitted upon registration will be used to process your orders, prepare personalized content, and marketing analysis to improve your user experience. To this end, data will be stored until canceled by the user or the user account has been deleted.
SHOPPING AS A GUEST
Kadar izdelke naroči gost, FORTUN-5 d.o.o. podatke shrani in obdelal za dostavo naročila, komunikacijo s kupcem ter za neposredno trženje in proučevanje nakupovalnih navad. V skladu s pravili in predpisi smo na ozemlju Republike Slovenije dolžni vsaj 10 let hraniti račune, ki se nanašajo na nakup blaga ali storitev, kar pomeni tudi hrambo podatkov na računu. Nekateri osebni podatki se pridobijo in obdelujejo tudi, ko uporabnik stopi v stik z nami na kakršen koli drug način, torej z vprašanji, dajanjem idej ali predlogi. V takih primerih bodo vaši osebni podatki uporabljeni izključno v ta namen.
RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAWS
Right to access
At any point in time, you may request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed. If this is the case, you may also demand access to your personal data and information on the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients that your personal data have been disclosed to, planned storage time, and other information in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR.
Right to correction
At any point in time, you may ask us to correct any inaccurate data concerning you or to amend them taking into account the purposes of processing.
Right to erasure
You can ask us to delete your personal data without undue delay:
- when there is no longer a need for processing for a specific purpose;
- if you withdraw your consent and there is no other basis for processing;
- if you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for further processing;
- if your personal data has been unlawfully processed or for any other reason provided by the GDPR.
Right to limited processing
Od nas lahko v določenih primerih zahtevate, da omejimo obdelavo vaših osebnih podatkov:
- if you object to the accuracy of your data, you may demand limitation of data processing for the time period we need to check their accuracy,
- if processing is illegal and you object to the use of your personal data, you may demand limitation of data processing,
- if we no longer need the data for the processing purposes but you need them to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, you may demand limitation of processing,
- if you have filed an objection regarding the processing of your personal data (see Right to Objection below), you may request a restriction on their processing until it is verified that our legitimate reasons for (further) processing outweigh your legitimate reasons for terminating further processing.
Right to information
You may ask us at any point in time to inform you of the recipients that your personal data have been disclosed to.
Right to transferability
You may ask us to send your personal data in a structured, generally used, and machine-readable format or to send them to another controller if it is technically feasible when their processing is based on consent or contract and is performed by automated means (such as cookies or in another similar way).
Right to objection
Whenever your personal data are being processed based on our pursuit of legal interests, you may object to the processing of your personal data for reasons connected to your special status. In this case, we will stop processing your personal data, unless we prove there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that prevail over your interests, rights, and liberties or that processing is required to establish, exercise, or defend our legal claims.
When your personal data are processed for direct marketing, you may at any point in time object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose. In this case, we will immediately stop processing your personal data.
Right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any point in time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing before the withdrawal of consent.
Right to objection
At any point in time, you may lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of your personal data against us with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Costs of exercising the rights
You will not be charged any costs for exercising any right under the GDPR unless your request is clearly unsubstantiated, recurring, or exaggerated. In this case, you will be charged reasonable high costs.
COOKIES
Some personal data are also processed through cookies. Cookies are small text files that are based on your express consent stored on your browser and their purpose for the online shop www.pancho.si is to recognize you upon your next visit and provide you with modified content.
